You may return any products or other items that you purchased through the Services (each, a "Product") within thirty (30) days of the date on which such Product was delivered to your designated delivery address. To be eligible for a refund for a returned Product, such Product must be returned to us (a) unused, unaltered, and in saleable condition and (b) in accordance with this Return Policy.
If you would like to return a Product, you must contact us via email at email@example.com to request our prior authorization for such return and, if such authorization is provided by us, comply with our return instructions for such Product. If you are eligible to receive a refund for a returned Product, such refund will be issued to the payment method that you used to purchase the returned Product after we receive and process the returned Product.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to Products that you return to us, except in the event that (i) a Product that you purchased through the Services was delivered to you in damaged condition or (ii) the wrong Product was delivered to you. If you wish to return a Product that you purchased through the Services because such Product was delivered to you in damaged condition or because the wrong Product was delivered to you, you must indicate such reason for your requested return when you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request our prior authorization for such return.
Please note that we are unable to process exchanges of returned Products at this time.
If you have any concerns regarding a Product offered for sale through the Services or believe that any such Product has a condition or defect that may make it unsafe, please report your safety concern immediately by emailing us at email@example.com.
