Do all the profits go to electing Democrats?
Yes! 100% of the profit from each item goes directly to electing Democrats up and down the ballot across the country. It’s grassroots supporters like you who power our party, so we’re grateful for every purchase you make - thank you!
Are all products made in the USA?
Yes! All of our items are made right here in the USA, and the vast majority of them are union printed. You can see the details for each product in the description.
What is your returns policy?
At this time we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you received the wrong item or it was damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either issue you a refund or send you a replacement!
I got the wrong items, what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange to have the correct item sent to you as soon as possible.
What is your shipping policy?
Our items usually ship within a week of your order being placed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email (or text if you sign up for text alerts at checkout) with a tracking number for your package. (If your order is lightweight e.g. a bumper sticker, we will send it with first class mail but you will not receive a tracking number.) Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days, but can be delayed depending on the USPS.
Though we hope your items will arrive sooner, please allow for up to 3-4 weeks to receive your order from the date of purchase.
At this time we cannot ship orders internationally.
It’s been a while and I still don’t have my items, what should I do?
We ask that you allow up to 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase to receive your order. You should receive an email when your package ships with a tracking number and instructions on how you can track your package. If it’s been over a week since you placed your order, and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to help! Sometimes when items go out of stock we may have delays in shipping out orders, but we will be able to check on the status of your order for you.
If your tracking link says the item was delivered but you never received it, please reach out to your local post office. If they aren’t able to help, feel free to email us at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do!
Am I allowed to buy DNC merchandise?
By buying our merchandise, you are making a contribution to the Democratic National Committee. Therefore, before purchasing you will need to confirm that the following statements are true and accurate of the payment you will make:
- I am a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.
- This contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank.
- This contribution is not made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor.
- This contribution is not made from the funds of a political action committee.
- This contribution is not made from the funds of an individual registered as a federal lobbyist or a foreign agent, or an entity that is a federally registered lobbying firm or foreign agent.
- I am not a minor under the age of 16.
- The funds I am donating are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
What payment methods can I use to buy merchandise?
At this time we can only accept payments using a credit or debit card. The following providers are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay.
